Privacy Policy
We explain here how we collect, use, and share information when you use Work Hours & Time Tracker (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
- By default, most data you enter (invoices, clients, business profile) is stored on your device.
- If you enable optional iCloud/CloudKit backup or sync, your data will also be transmitted to and stored in your iCloud account pursuant to Apple’s terms.
- Purchases are processed by Apple (in-app purchases). We receive transaction confirmations/receipts, not your full payment details.
1) Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Business profile & contact details: name, business name, tax ID, address, email, phone, logo.
- Client information: client names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, tax IDs.
- Invoices & receipts: line items, amounts, notes, issue/due dates, currency, tax rates, payment status.
- Support communications: messages you send us (email or in-app, if available).
Storage: By default this data is saved locally on your device (e.g., app storage/SQLite). If you enable iCloud/CloudKit backup/sync, your data will also be processed and stored in your iCloud account.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, OS version, App version, language, region, time zone (used for functionality and support).
- Diagnostics (optional): crash and performance data that may be provided by Apple to improve stability. We do not integrate third-party crash/analytics SDKs.
Where the App or system offers a setting to limit diagnostics, we honor that choice. Apple may process certain system-level diagnostics under its own policies.
1.3 Purchase information
In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive receipts/transaction identifiers and subscription status to activate premium features. We do not receive your full payment card details.
2) How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain App features (create/manage invoices & receipts, client lists).
- Process purchases and manage subscription access.
- Sync or back up your data if you enable iCloud/CloudKit.
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience (diagnostics if enabled).
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security and improvements), consent where required (e.g., optional diagnostics), and legal compliance.
4) Data Retention
- On-device data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- iCloud/CloudKit data (if enabled) is retained while your iCloud connection is active and for a reasonable period thereafter or as required by law.
- Transaction records (IAP receipts, subscription status) are retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Diagnostics are kept only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and improvement.
5) Security
- Platform-level protections provided by iOS and the App Store.
- Secure transmission (e.g., HTTPS) for data sent to Apple services.
- Access controls to limit who can access backend systems (if any).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining device security (passcode/biometrics, OS updates, secure backups).
6) Your Choices & Controls
- Local-only use: You may use the App offline and keep data on your device only.
- Backups/Sync: You can enable or disable iCloud/CloudKit sync at any time in the App or system settings.
- Diagnostics: Where available, you can limit diagnostics via App or system settings.
- Notifications: Manage permissions in iOS Settings.
- Deletion: You can delete local data by deleting records or uninstalling the App. If iCloud/CloudKit sync is enabled, deleting within the App will also remove synced records from your iCloud account; you can contact us for assistance if needed.
7) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object/restrict processing, withdraw consent (where applicable), and data portability.
How to exercise: email support@woaifx.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within statutory time frames.

The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age of digital consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us for deletion.
9) International Data Transfers
Where your information is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) where required by law. Data you choose to sync via iCloud/CloudKit is processed by Apple pursuant to its terms and policies.
